First, don't panic. This is usually a fixable problem.  We can help. Typically the problem is that your account got caught in one of our automated filters; we can lift that fairly easily.

The first thing for you to do is to fill out our convenient, nifty little form and tell us you're missing the tokens.  

Then, just wait. A community team member will review the data that you send us and will (assuming there was an error) credit you with the tokens soon.  Please allow us up to five business days to process these (though we try to be much faster).  If we need further information, we'll email you, so please keep an eye on your email.
